Scrollbar on page titles hard to click

The ‘hot zone’ for the splitter between the page titles and the page content is so wide that it’s very hard to click the scrollbar thumb to navigate the page title list. You have maybe two pixels(?) between selecting the splitter and selecting a page title which initiates a drag-and-drop of the page. Sometime I want to quickly grab the scroll thumb to look for a page title.

I’m on Chrome on Windows.

100%, this is a huge problem on laptops without a mouse to scroll. We shouldn’t be spending 10+ seconds trying to get the arrow to catch the bar
