Ok,
That’s what I though, and I didn’t find any api to transform a rich text into HTML. I guess this must exists somehow as it is transformed in HTML at some point, but the API must not be public.
Any plans to support non-Google email services?
Hi There,
Is there a limit on email list size on coda’s side, if not on coda’s side, won’t google block me from sending to over 100k emails at once?
Using it for internal list sounds magical, but as a crm replacement feels a bit scary as it’s through Gmail on the backend. Any best practice would be awesome!
Also, is there a way to display an “unsubscribe footer link” there doesn’t seem to be one on the ones linked above + a signup page for users who would like to be added to the list?
Hi David, and welcome to the community!
Yes - I believe all Gmail quotas and limits would still apply. I don’t think there are any Coda limits.
ok many thanks!
what about the unsubscribe link - do you know if these are available?
Thanks
If you wanted to create your own unsubscribe system, you definitely could. Now with forms and being able to auto-fill columns with URL parameters, you could use a creatively crafted link as an unsubscribe form.
hello, sorry for bringing this up for the dead. is there a way to send an email to a coda user’s email address without the gmail pack?
No native way to do it in Coda, only through Packs. There’s an Outlook Pack as well.
bummer. i figured it would be able to in the same fashion that coda sends blog/update emails. i’ll have to look where i can do a feature suggestion for this then.
