Hello, I am trying to understand what I can and cannot do on a free plan. I have created a few documents on my account but I would like that my team see them all while not allowing them to edit anything, is it possible?
That’s possible with the free plan, if you want more granular permissions like protecting some content but letting them edit data in other parts of the doc you need the team plan.
Thank you, if I have the Teams plan, will it allow me to give like a URL where my team members can go to see all my documents? Or do I need to share documents one by one to them?
You can have folders in your workspace where the documents are stored. You can choose to give them access to a single document, to a folder or to the whole workspace.
