A simple 4-State 'Checkbox' Button

We use a Task Management system with our clients that needs a 4-State ‘Checkbox’ (the standard 2-State checkbox cannot distinguish between WIP and Completed for example). So I made this Quad-State-Button

We did not want to use unsupported functions, so this uses standard formulas.
