Anyone use Coda for policies/procedures?

Hi all.

We currently keep our program policies & procedures in one long google doc. I was wondering if anyone uses Coda for this purpose, and what their implementation looks like.

Thanks!

Hi,
I am also interested in doing this. Did you end up going in this direction and how did it look like? Has it worked well? Thanks

I switched projects for a while but I came back to this one a few weeks ago.

I think what this is going to help us do is define ‘areas of responsibility’ and assign those to team members. That way, if there’s staff turnover or someone goes away for an extended leave, we can shuffle the areas of responsibility around so nothing falls off.

My plan for this is:

  1. Map out all high-level processes in a series of Miro process charts (almost done)
  2. Where more detail or step-by-step instructions are required, create a row in a Coda table with the process name, instructions, and area of responsibility
  3. Link the process shape in Miro to a row in the Coda process document

Curious how you go about this!
