I am also interested in doing this. Did you end up going in this direction and how did it look like? Has it worked well? Thanks
I switched projects for a while but I came back to this one a few weeks ago.
I think what this is going to help us do is define ‘areas of responsibility’ and assign those to team members. That way, if there’s staff turnover or someone goes away for an extended leave, we can shuffle the areas of responsibility around so nothing falls off.
