Been stabbing at this a while and finally at the point to ask for help 
I’m working to create a sync table with the ZTR Onei3 platform API for asset tracking which requires authentication. Authentication is through the request headers which I was told are labeled ‘userid’ and ‘password’. Using the Custom Authentication Token I’ve been able to confirm that the headers are in place and entered the credentials but I keep getting the same “Missing Authentication Token” error message.
I’ve messaged their support team for assistance but to date they’ve been slow and getting detailed information from them is like pulling teeth so grateful to anyone willing to share if they’ve run into a similar problem and what they did to fix it.
