Hello all, do you know if it’s possible to set the automation to send the notifications of a column change or row change only on row at a time? Right now, what happens when 1 row is changed we receive the notification of all rows with the designated POC. We want the notification to be sent only for the specific row that was recently changes without resending all the other ones. Thanks!
Hey @Paula_Santos! This is doable by adding the Step 1 Result (the row that changed) to the notify formula in the people parameter. Here’s a visual of that.
With this type of setup, only the assignee to that specific row will be notified, and not however many times they appear in the column.
