Cannot edit any fields in forms when locked

When I have locked page with ‘Use buttons, controls, and forms’ on, all fields in form are locked. Only ‘submit’ button is enabled.

The second field is for date, but it shrank.

If I turn on ‘Change table values’ option, I can normally edit fields in form.

Up to recently, it worked correctly.
