Can't change copied table title - deleted original

I copied a table from one doc and pasted it into another doc. After I pasted it into the other doc then I deleted the original table and tried to change the title of the newly copied table but it won’t let me and prompts ‘Expression has already been used’ even though the original has been deleted.

Please assist.

Can you give access to this doc? Very difficult like this.
