Change colum content based on drop down from other column

Hello,…

I’m quite new about function so sorry about this noob question, I searched but I don’t really understand how to achieve this.

I have a column (dropdown) with priority task choice: (Today, This week, Next week)
and I got a second column date…

I want that the date column been modify/populate depending the choice of the priority

Today > Date = Today
This week > Date = Today + 3 days
Next week > Date = next week

Can you help me achieve this and explain me how to do it ?
