I set up an automation to email a page from Coda. I’m noticing, however, that links in the email that reference pages in Coda are relative (e.g., whatever instead of coda.io/whatever) and thus are broken in the email. Is there any way to fix this? The links are in normal text in the Coda page, not in a table.
Hi @emilio.lopez, this might be a bug on our end that I’ve filed for the team to review. Sorry about that.
Section links intentionally use relative URLs so that when the doc (or part of the doc) is copied, the link goes to the new doc and not the original one. The current workaround would be to avoid using the dropdown to select a section and instead paste in a full link from your browser URL bar to the desired section.
Hi @oleg, is there any update on whether this is a bug with the SendEmail action and on whether there’s a fix in the works? I would really like to have links with display text show up correctly in emails.
