Coda Newbie - Expert Advice Wanted

We are trying out Coda and I wanted to see what the community experts recommend as an approach. Our goals are as follows:

  1. Take an AI first approach to our technical documentation
  2. Migrate existing documentation with ease (Mostly documents currently housed in Microsoft SharePoint)
  3. Use Native Coda capabilities without purchasing 3rd party tools

We know that Coda can do much more than knowledge management but that is where we are starting. A few questions i would love to have the answer to.

Are the native capabilities of Coda good enough or do we need 3rd party packs aka tools to make the system work well?
What were some things you learned a few months into using Coda that you wished you knew at the beginning of your journey?
What is your favorite feature of Coda that was a game changer for you?
