How do comments work? Do we get notified only in coda or do we also get emails?
How do I set up “Automations” to get an email every time someone comments in a row?

Although I would like to use Packs to send an email to DRIs of that row.
Is there a way out?
Hey @Tarun_Ramani! Jen here from Coda. I’m wondering if this set up of triggering an automation when there is a row-change would be what you need here. Automations in Coda | Coda Help Center. This would allow you to send an email to specific DRIs of that row using either Gmail or Outlook Pack.
I don’t think there is a way to do this with comments beyond our current structure of comment notification. I hope that helps but feel free to reach out to support if you need more guidance!
