I am building a compliance portal or perhaps you can consider it a Vendor onboarding portal. I now Coda can work well for this but I am curious if anyone has seen any good templates for this that include:
- Onboarding checklists (with notifications),
- document repository (highlighting when completed)
- calendar with reminders for annual updating? (Make sure that annual reviews are completed)
I am sure there are great examples but compliance is not a big topic so I need to likely borrow from somewhere else. If anyone has some good recommendations I would be grateful.

Welcome and yes, you can definetly achieve this in Coda. Not sure if there are any templates on the topic swimming around, you can always check the gallery for published docs.
One thing I can say is that as with every org and industry, compliance needs and processes tend to be quite different even as the goal is similar… making achieving compliance an easier thing to do.
As with haircut, there is not one that fit two different people. I would recommend you to map what are you needs and start building SIMPLE as you can always add stuff. Cheers!
