Create a button to fetch data from an API

New dev here.
I am trying to fetch some tasks from Azure Devops into coda.io.

Is it possible in coda to create a button in coda to fetch data from another API (Azure Devops) and put it on coda.io. I can write any code required for connection and parsing the data,

What other possibilities are there to achieve the same.

You probably have to build a pack to do this, but I think it is possible.
