Creating a table with multi level header

How could I recreate the table above in CODA?

I’ve tried grouping different rows to do this but the issue I run into is that I can’t seem to duplicate rows quickly for each user story

Have you played around with grouping on Top,
There are also “Group options” (I don’t even know what that is but thought maybe you could find it useful.).
