If there is an error in a formula or a formula can’t execute, there can be different reasons why this is happening: a referenced value might be out of bounds (like zero won’t work for some calculations), there might be some missing input, or the formula itself is wrong.
The error symbol we get to see now is OK for errors in the formula itself, but for other issues it would be nice if we could make our own error message (in the same way that we can define our button labels). This would be helpful for canvas formulas, column formulas, buttons and perhaps a few more items.
This is not the most important item on my wish list, but it would be nice to have.
