Hi,
I changed the header after publishing, and republished. But preview still doesn’t change. Does the thumbnail already issued not change at all?
Thanks in advance.

Hello @1_24!
Are you talking about a template?
Or a published doc?
Intro to doc publishing | Coda Help Center.
TEMPLATE
If you are talking about templates, the answer would be no. When you create a doc based on a template, what it basically does is making a copy of the template at that moment.
If you make changes to a template afterwards the doc won’t update because it is not linked.
PUBLISHED DOC
If you are talking about a published doc, the answer is yes! but you should know that the changes you make to the editable doc take a little while to show on the published link, sometimes a couple of minutes.
I hope this helps!
