Sometimes when I fill out a form…I want to create a second entry using some of the same data.
Is there a way to duplicate the entries on a form for a second entry within the format of the form itself (vs copying the row of data in the table for a second entry)?

Do you have access to the forms table?
If so you can create a formula link/button column in that form’s table which will open a link to the form and pre-populate it with that rows information (which was a previous form submission).
