Duplicate items within a group through a button

Hiya,

I’m trying to create a STOCK ID log where I can keep track of specific inventory quantities per shipment and I’m trying to get for example:

  • create new stock ID
  • new group created called 2022 MAY (the name doesn’t matter)
  • duplicate all rows in group with stock ID 2022 APR (which is the last stock ID)

I’m struggling with this one. Could someone please direct me in the right direction? I thought maybe formula map would help but it’s not really working. I think I don’t know the syntax to use.

Could you please share an example of what you are trying to do?

Depending on the context, you can restructure the table so that every month is a new column.

I think I was able to get it to work? I’ve no clue how I managed it tho xD It doesn’t seem very efficient. Could you take a look and let me know?

Your document share only allows comments, so I cannot see the formula.
