Hi:
In my case, the field on the table “Contact” does not show any info when the Contact is a Company/Organization (There is no text at the first/last fields at Google Contacts).
When the record is a person, the field “Contact” shows the correct info at the sync table. Adding the field “Organization” to the table, does not show any info for them.
It seems to me that the Pack is not pulling the correct field from Google Contacts, and I suspect that it may be related to the language Google is storing the info on its service.
Is there any way I can troubleshoot this?
