Senior Project Manager

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll own the day-to-day relationship, manage timelines and scope, keep projects on track, and be a strong representative of SimplaDocs values. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to our leadership team.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for 5+ clients at once, managing projects that range from a few weeks to multiple years

  • Own project tracking, scope management, timeline coordination, and client meetings

  • Lead with empathy as both a client advocate and team advocate

  • Stay nimble as you navigate diverse projects across industries—from HR systems to operations tools to custom workflows

  • Report weekly on project status, flag issues early, and ask for support when needed

  • Build trust with clients through clear communication and proactive problem-solving

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing PM role (technical background not required)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills and comfort being the face of the company

  • High degree of independence and ownership—you thrive with autonomy

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unique project requirements

  • Bonus: Experience with Coda (but not required—we’ll teach you!)
