How do I show a hidden column?Also how do I get those little faces as my picture?

Above your table go to “options” and in the menu on the right choose the “Columns” option.
Here you can hide and un-hide your columns, next to other column related actions.
For the “people avatar”
In the options section of the people column the following settings should be made to see only the picture of the person.
