How to make column editable in two tables?

Hi, I think I’m missing something about linked relations. I have a column I’d like to be editable in two tables

Here is the published doc: Research Camp Options · Summer Camp Planner for Parents

On the Research Camp Options page in the table Research Camp Options, there’s a column for “Weekly Cost.”

On the Family Camp Schedule page & table, I have pulled in the “Camp” column from the other table as a Relation – cool.

But then when I use the dropdown in that column to “Add Related Columns” and select the Weekly Cost column, it creates the Weekly Cost column as a calculation that is not editable. How do I make that two-way editable between both tables?

You can’t =[ it’s only the relation columns themselves that are
