Hello, is there any best practice to create hierarchy with select lists? I’m asking because I would like to structure my blog posts categories with different hierarchy levels in Coda before publishing.

I’m sorry but I’ve got to ask : What do you mean by “Hierarchy with select list” ? 
One approach @Roberto_Maddaloni1 would be to add a ‘Hierarchy’ value to each list, ie 1,2,3,etc.
Then in your table you want to sort, you can have a column [Rank] for [List].[Hierarchy] and then create the sort on [Rank].
