Our current management tracking we show three fields (among others)
a) What we said we would do in current month (predicted last month)
b) Actual Achievement in current month
c) Projections for what we will achieve in the next month
Over a year we will have 12 columns for each month along with 12 actual performance against them. I am trying to figure out how to always show the latest monthly performance versus previously predicted for that same month since this will change every month.
If any ideas how to do this it would be amazing to hear.
Thanks

hi @Chris_DeAngelis
to give you an idea about a set up that works in code, please see below:

Did I explain it right. Planned this month should be equal to Forecast last month. Not sure I am seeing it correctly
@Chris_DeAngelis ,
I am so sorry to hear that my contribution did not meet your expectations. May I suggest two things:
- you carefully inspect the code snippet and try to understand the logic
- you create a dummy doc and apply the logic proposed and share it with the community with feedback like this works not because, or this works because
we all are volunteers and in this case I took the time to create dummy data to demonstrate how a rolling total works, but maybe that is not what you are looking for.

Thanks so much. I realized you put in so much work and the issue I am realizing is I have so many more basic blockers in Coda as I figure out how it all works together. Once I get through the basics I will come back to this topic and try to solve it. And happy to share it. Wasn’t trying to be rude but I read your work and went, oh no, I csnt even follow what is happening so I’d better work on the basics. Been making good progress today but have a ways to go…
