Icons don't load in color or don't load at all on Chrome+Windows 7

As you can see below, there is an issue in Chrome on Windows 7 :

It works fine on Firefox.

With windows 10, Chrome works fine.
Clear cache doesn’t solve the issue.

Any idea ?
