In help docs, when multiple headings have the same name, the outline fails

Hi!

Just noticed that, in the help pages, when multiple headings share a name, the outline gets confused and shows multiple headings as your “current position” at the same time.

Also, clicking on any of the headings that share a name in the outline takes you to the first one with that name.
