I have a master table of FAQs that my team manages. Often, I’ll embed a ScribeHow tutorial into the Answer canvas.
I want to be able to use the Cross-Doc integration to create filtered views of this FAQ table in other docs that are shared with specific audiences, but when I import the data, the embedded tutorial reverts to a hyperlink. Is there any way around this?
Hey Christa! Cross-doc carries over the raw data from tables and does not hold formatting usually, so I suspect that’s what’s happening here. I believe you’ll need to manually go through and set these hyperlinks to display as embeds again in your Cross-doc sync tables, and add in any conditional formatting that may have been lost if you’d like your sync tables to resemble the source table
