PS: I just changed all the table names to type H3, and it still works as expected.

Hello Joost,

how strange, I just re-tried and it does not work for me (ie no tables showing up in outline, unless I add a header atop the tables and collapse said main header). As the issue does not seem to affect everyone, I’ll raise I private ticket with support instead.

If I learn anything which might be helpful to the community at large, I’ll certainly repost here.
