With many exciting launches in the first 6 months of this year, we wanted to take a moment to recap some recent releases focused on an extremely important, but often unseen part of Coda: how we keep your teams secure and legally compliant.
- Most recently, we’ve launched sync page access control, giving collaborators visibility while keeping your data secure with sync pages that don’t require giving everyone access to the original source doc.
- Granular folder permissions let you specify the level of access (view, comment, or edit) given when sharing a folder with a user or group.
- For admins of enterprise organizations, the audit events dashboard and org docs dashboard let you track how Coda is being used and help your team find specific docs and take action on them.
- For enterprises who may need a data management solution for regulatory purposes, we have new data governance add-ons to our enterprise plan—legal hold and eDiscovery.
