Historical spreadsheet apps like Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets all do live computations of selected cells:
Numbers on the Mac does Sum, Average, Min, Max, and Count for selected cells. I would love to see Coda implement this.
When working with data, there is often a need to do quick selections and have the calculations at hand (either via some hover UI, or below the column summary).
Would love to hear your thoughts on this!
