Open pack maker tools in users workspace

When a user installs my pack from the gallery into a document and the pack has a problem when fetching some data, the ‘contact pack maker’ message is shown:

Which is great, however, I have no idea what the problem is and have a hard time helping my users. Is there a way to see the details of the error? Like in the pack maker tools? Is there a way to open the pack maker tools in the document of a user?

In that case you need to ask the user to share the doc or create a new doc reproducing the problem so you can access the logs.
