Possible to query page modification date in a table?

I’ve created a table that houses links to pages for each our company’s SOPs. If possible, I’d like to have a live column that shows when each SOP was last modified. I know how to add last modified date for the row itself, but Is it possible to query/insert the last modified date for a page linked in a particular row?
