Reference several rows to create an event title in Google Calendar

Hi everyone,

Looked it up for a while now and can’t seem to find it.

Here is what I have: a table where I am organizing my Airbnb business. I create new guests with a button where I insert each data individually (say check in date, check out, name, number of people and the apartment they are staying in, for example) and I added a button to automagically add it to my Google Calendar. So far so good. I would like the title of the event to be the name of the apartment, the name of the guest and the number of people by automatically pulling that information from the row but can’t seem to find how to do it.

Am I missing something?
