Remove "add column" from canvas

when you open a canvas or activate a row, how to remove this “add column” button ? what is curious is I have a document in which certain tables have this button and others don’t, seemingly independently from sharing and locking settings, and I can’t figure out what’s different in the tables so that one of them shows it and the other doesn’t

I tried this and it works. Please click to Edit the layout of your canvas :

Uncheck this one, wich is the arrow to show hidden columns

And that seems to work.
