After a doc crashes, I understand you have to make a new copy of an older version of the doc instead of directly reverting to it, and because of that you loose the previous version history due to having created a ‘new’ doc, right? I see a change of this concept has been requested over a year ago in this topic, so I guess this won’t change anytime soon.
Therefore I have a related request: meanwhile the above cannot be achieved, could we get the ability to rename a doc directly from edit: within the folders of our workplace (just like having the option to move, copy, share, see version history and delete) instead of having to open it first?
If the doc crashes right after opening it’s quite difficult to get it renamed…
