Dear Coda Team and Community,
I am writing to request comprehensive language support for Coda, specifically for French, Spanish, German and any other language. While I appreciate that Coda currently supports writing, editing content in these languages, the platform’s user interface and core functionality still primarily operate in English.
Key improvements I would like to see include:
- Full localization of the user interface, including:
- Menus
- Buttons
- System alerts and warnings
- Help documentation
- Language selection options that allow users to:
- Choose their preferred interface language
- Set default language for document creation
- Easily switch between languages
- Expanded language support beyond the current four languages, potentially including more international options
As a user working in a multilingual environment, having a truly localized platform would significantly improve the user experience for teams and individuals who are not primarily English speakers. The current workarounds, such as browser translation or manually requesting language changes, are not ideal for professional collaboration.
I believe implementing comprehensive language support would make Coda more accessible and appealing to a global user base.

Thank you for your consideration.
