Shortcut to create new document on the fly using URL?

Much like google docs I would love the ability to visit a URL such as coda.io/new and immediately a new document is made and I can just get to work immediately. Is this something that would be possible?

I believe I can do this with buttons but I would love the flexibility of being able to do this without needing a button in every single document.

This actually exists: Just open https://coda.new in your browser and you land on a freshly created doc :slight_smile:

You can also link with a button to it, to open the url from within a doc.

Thanks Daniel!! I will try out Alfred it sounds like it speeds up opening docs 10 fold.
