Hello, is there a possibility to retrieve the assigned tasks from a table on a team meetings page and put them to task tables on personal pages of team members based on the assigned person?

Yes, that is actually really easy. Make a view of the main table and filter it to only show tasks for this specific person. You can make as many pages and views of the table as you want - all the views hold the same data but show something else. You can als make ONE page with a view and filter it down to the tasks of the logged in user - that way you only have to make one page with a view to the main task table.
