Templates - Sync Page Sharing Settings

Hello!

I used a sync page in a frequently used team template to allow our team to keep information up to date more easily across multiple docs.

In the template, I set the sync page permissions as “everyone can view”. I noticed however, that when creating a doc from the template, the sharing permissions return to the default of only those having access to the source doc having access.

Unfortunately, I can’t give everyone access to the source doc.

Is there a way to keep the settings the same when creating a document from a template?
