Hi all! I’m thinking of using Coda forms to make a feature request form. Here are the specifications:
There is a Customer list that is sync’d from Snowflake in Coda. When filling out this form, the user will see this dynamic customer list and select as many customers as they want that is relevant to this feature request
When typing out a feature request, AI will look into the table and mention to the user “this feature request is similar to…”. From here, you can thumbs up the feature request
Are these 2 things possible in forms? If not, what are the workarounds? Please and thank you!
Hi @mattics , thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay in response. I wanted to pop in to let you know that while this is not possible at this time, this sounds like a feature request the Coda team has been tracking for better integration of AI with published forms and published documents. That said, we have moved this post into the Suggestion Box for other members of the Community to chime in on this. We’ve gone ahead and tracked your vote for this feature formally.
In the meantime, I did want to mention that the only workaround we could imagine would be to instruct users to search for feature requests that already exist within this table by using the table search function. Hope that helps!
