Since I am using Coda for organizing my Research, and for that, I need to look at different research papers, and I later jot down their important key takeaways.
My query is, can we upload a document (or a PDF), so that we can be inside within the Coda Ecosystem, and after viewing the file, we will make notes alongside with it.

Yes, you can upload with the Upload function, as Jannis noted… I have done a lot of this, and I have found you may want to have a document library where the documents are referenced, and a copy uploaded, with your comments in a separate column. Then you can do all sorts of sorts on the documents and their information, as well as attach/upload/reference the document in another table.
