As mentioned here Drag-and-drop tasks in calendar? - Ask the Community - Coda Maker Community, Coda does not currently support drag and drop between tables, unfortunately.
@Melanie_Teh shared a drag-and-drop approach in that post, but I’m not sure if it will fit your use case.
