Hi, i saw that the coda has a Quick Styles for Forms. Can I create a new one or edit these styles?

What do you mean with ‘Quick Styles’? Unless I completely misunderstand, I don’t see any quick styles, other than edit layout, label position and dropdown vs select options.
Thank you - I didn’t associate this with ‘quick styles’, but they sure are. I agree that it would be very nice if we can make our own.

This thread is pretty old so apologies if there’s already been a change to this. I’ve been trying to customize the layouts and have found it very restrictive. Even with the Quick Styles, I’m not able to move around the columns in a way that fits the layout I would like to build. Being able to make my own Quick Style would be much appreciated. The current ones, while helpful, are quite limited.
Some of the changes that would be great to see are the ability to:
- change the color of the black boxes or option to get rid of them
- move around the sections in the quick styles
- change the font styles of the sections
- add our own sections
Again, this thread is pretty old, so if there’s been an update or if people have figured out how to customize these layouts better, I’d love to know!

I’ve been using coda for a few days only but i’ve ran into this issue several times already.
It would feel awesome to be able to really customize those layouts (for rows / forms and why not cards) :
- let us manage rows / columns and blocks inside those
- add classes for blocks. There already is a black background to some blocks. Let’s improve that and let users decide which blocks should be black / colored / with image background / …
- use image column as background to those blocks
- add text/lists/anything you can add into a canvas in those layouts for context and explanations
- make the edit layout mode more realistic
