Add icons referring to Coda features

I like to leave some unobstrusive instructions in my Coda for new users:

  • “Hover over the row and click the row handle to drop and drag a row”
  • “Hover over the image and click the Full Screen Icon to view enlarged”
    It would be GREAT if we had ‘coda icons’ to show how those thingies look like in Coda, instead of describing them.
