I am creating a form that will be shared with my company to receive “Training Requests.” I’d like to be able to have the submitters upload a copy of a PDF for one the questions. Do you know how to do this??

Simply add a file column to your table and make it available in the form. When submitting the form, you can attach any file to it. However, note that it won’t be restricted to PDF files specifically.
