Automated Task - Checkbox

Hello all -
I’m trying to create an automation that allows a set of users to be notified if a checkbox is selected within a table row. I’ve started on the rules, but am having a hard time getting the If statement to work so that if the Checkbox = True, then send out a notification to specific users.

Could anyone help me with the formula. I’ve tried doing CheckBox within the formula, but Coda isn’t recognizing it.

As required, I’ll set an automation that will notify each people in people table when done column is checked.
