Automatically put a new form submission on a board based on an empty field in a select list

I have a form. It’s filled out by one user and then the row the form creates has certain fields that are edited afterwards by an admin e.g: User A submits form, Admin B then reviews submission and changes the “status” of the application to “Completed” etc. The “status” is blank on submission and so it’s showing in a blank column like this:

The submitter can’t choose the status - it’s not a visible form question but I’d like to have all new submissions with a blank status show in an Unreviewed column on the board.

Anyone know how to make that happen? :pray: Thanks!

You could perhaps specify a value for new rows: ‘unreviewed’ under Text/Select list/Loopup options?
