Sometimes I get notifications from Automation Bot, telling me
An automation failed to run. Check the automation for errors and try again.
Which automation? And how am I supposed to know which automation? I have 28 active automations, and clicking through them to find the one that failed is just too difficult. Is there a better way? Or, Coda, can you please make these notifications include the name of the automation?

after the notification error comes up in my general notification bar, i click on the doc. Then i go to the automations section of the doc and the automation/s that failed have a red bubble ! next to them. No requirement to click on each one to see which failed?
Cheers!

Thank you @Melanie_Teh
I appreciate your suggestion. I just got a notification that an automation failed. I clicked on the notification. It brought me to a page in my Coda Docs, this does not help. I clicked the gear and opened the automations. There are no red exclamations. So, unfortunately that didn’t help.
Why didn’t I get a red exclamation? Is it because I clicked on the notification before opening the automations menu? Or something else?
It would really help if the engineers would just write the name of the automation into the notification…
OMG this is so infuriating, and it didn’t used to be like this
One sorta workaround is that if you have email notifications turned on for doc status updates (see image) then you seemingly do get an email when an automation fails and in that email it tells you which one

@silviana_amethyst
agreed re: name of automation on notification message.
just trying to help troubleshoot - If you were able to find them (and if not, please implement
@Bell_Arden 's cool tip on which ones) - are they the same automations that keep on failing? also what type of automations are they?
i think why mine has the red ! bubble is because the pack isnt installed LOL
would be interesting to note which ones type of automations have red ! bubbles and which dont.
Cheers!
